• Sharing or selling your account to another person.
• Opening an account using someone else's details.

• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in a37's platform.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack.

A37 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

• If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
• However, any remaining valid portion of the original deposit will be returned where possible.
• In confirmed cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.
